Delivery Schedule
All of our delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee.
Made to order smaller items: 7-10 working days
In stock tables and furniture: 3-5 working days
Bespoke orders: The manufacture and delivery timeline will be discussed with you as part of the design process. A number of factors will influence this including overall design, materials, finish and current workshop availability.
If your order is going to take longer than specified above we will advise you at the time of purchase or soon after. If you require your order to be delivered sooner than the delivery times specified, please contact us before ordering and we will do whatever we can to meet your requirements.
Overseas Shipping
For any orders placed from outside England, Scotland or Wales, we ask that the customer contacts us first so we can provide a delivery quote. This will also stop any delays occurring during the manufacturing process. We must stress that with these orders, once they have left our workshop, the timings are out of our control. Delays with customs and weather etc. are out of our control.
Large Item Delivery
Before ordering larger items such as tables, we advise you to ensure there is sufficient space and access for the product to reach it’s final destination. If there are access issues or the product is unlikely to easily fit through doors and/or around corners, please contact us before ordering as we are often able to manufacture your product in such a way to overcome these issues (this service would normally come at an addition cost).
Unfortunately we are not able to issue a refund for a product based on the reasoning that it does not fit. Measuring the space it will be located and the access to said space is solely the customers responsibly.
