Are there any limitations on what you can create for me?

We believe not! Whatever it is you have in mind, we would love the challenge. Speak to us about your ideas and we will work closely with you to create whatever you need!

How long will my order take to be made and delivered?

All of our delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee. Each of the products in our shop have their own delivery information. Some products are already in stock and others are made to order. If you require your order to be delivered sooner than the delivery times specified, please contact us and we will do whatever we can to meet your requirements.

Will my wooden product move?

Yes but not notably. Wood is a natural material and will move slightly over its life. This is more affected by temperature variations and/or moisture. We use suitably dried timber to create our products and we treat our products with numerous coats of finish to ensure minimal movement and distortion. Simply, if looked after and treated well, your wooden products should last a lifetime.

The order process for bespoke creation:

1) We discuss the design and features of your project by email or over the phone.

2) A 50% deposit secures your project’s place in line in our work queue.

3) We find the perfect materials for your project.

4) We will update you with the progress being made on your project and give you behind the scenes updates on the process.

5) Your creation is delivered directly to your home or office. Smaller items may be delivered by a trusted courier service. Large projects will be delivered by a dedicated courier who will install the creation in your room of choice and remove all packaging
